Chateau Sur Mer or translated into english is castle above the sea. Chateaus Sur Mer was built by William Shepard Wetmore. It was completed in 1852 as a French Villa for William Shepard Wetmore. He was a merchant in the China trade business. The builder was Seth Bradford. The house was Victorian, the furniture, wallpaper,ceramics, architecture, and stenciling were all Victorian style. Then William Shepard Wetmore died in 1862. He left the bulk of his fortune to his son, George Peabody Wetmore. George Wetmore had graduated from Yale College and Columbia Law University.
William Wetmore was in the China trade business. That was where the majority of his fortune came from. He traded Chinese porcelain, Egyptian products, and other Chinese products. He built the 13 acred Chateau Sur Mer at Newport , Rhode Island. This mansion was different from the Elms, Rosecliff, Breakers, and marble House because this house was a Victorian mansion.
George Wetmore took a trip to Europe with his wife, Edith Keteltas. He left Richard Morris Hunt to redecorate and redesign the home. George Peabody Wetmore got the name Peabody from one of the designers of the home. During the 1870s, the Wetmores departed on an extended trip to Europe, leaving architect Richard Morris Hunt to remodel and redecorate the house in the Second Empire style. As a result, Chateau-sur-Mer displays most of the major design trends of the last half of the 19th century. The house is constructed of Fall River Granite.
Unlike most of the "cottages" built in Newport during this period, Chateau-sur-Mer was one of the few built as a year round residence. This was because the Wetmores were a New England family who made Newport their home. George was very active in Rhode Island politics during the late 19th century. A life long Republican, Wetmore was a member of the Electoral College of 1880 and again in 1884. In 1885 Wetmore was elected Governor of Rhode Island, and went on the win reelection in 1886, but was defeated in an attempt for a third term in 1887. In 1894, the Rhode Island General Assembly elected Wetmore to the United States Senate, where Wetmore remained until 1913. In the Senate, Wetmore served on the Naval Affairs Committee and the Appropriations Committee.
At the start of this guided tour was in the breakfast room. The breakfast room was full of artifacts and Chinese porcelain. Chinese Porcelain had a dragon near the top and nicely glazed pottery. The Porcelain was one of ancient Chinese secret recipe.
The tour guide explained that the breakfast room was later added into the home by George Peabody Wetmore. The next room was the room next to the entrance had a unique view of the staircases. The very top was a painted window not stain glass.
The difference between stain glass and painted is that stain glass was made with the glass while the painted was later painted on the glass.
When you move upstairs. You can see that on every bed is a button. This button calls the staff to bring them anything they would like. The tour guide joked that he asked his wife for one, but his wife said, "sure, but nobody is going to come." On the second floor is the bedrooms and the Wetmore family China. Their china are all protected by the Preservation society in glass cases.

Monsters Vs Aliens Part III
In Part III of my review of Monsters vs Aliens is the picture, story, plot line.
Monsters Vs Aliens is about a girl named Susan Murphy. She got hit by a meteor and received the radioactive powers. She started glowing and her boy friend said, "Susan your glowing. Your really glowing."
On the day of her marriage, she turned into a 44 foot giant. The government thought she was a monster so they brought her to a special facility. In this giant facility are BOB, Dr. Cockroach, The missing Link, and Insectosaurus.She saw that all these creatures were innocent and misunderstood. They have not left the facility in 50 years. Then one day, the government saw an Alien machine came to the United States.
The generals plan was to use the monsters help to defeat this gigantic machine with one eye. The government evacuated the cities and it was Susan who defeated the giant robot. Meanwhile they destroyed the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco. She saved the innocent civilians with the help of BOB.
After the hero work, Susan realized that the person she was going to marry only cared about him and his job. It was never a team, it was always about him. (Susan's ex fiance was Derek. he was the news station's meteorologist.)
Then the Alien with 6 eyes came and abducted Susan. He injured insectourous and stole Susan's powers. He came to Earth looking for that power to rule the Earth. He created a thousand clones of himself and a team of machines. He extracted Susan's powers and made her normal.
It was BOB, The missing Link and Dr. Cockroach's mission to rescue Susan and save the planet from the evil 6 eyed alien.
In the end, BOB, Link, and Dr. Cockroach rescued Susan. Susan thought it through and purposely gained her powers back because she felt that she could accomplish more.
She showed off her ex fiance and refused his hand in marriage.
This epic adventure, IMAX 3D film was about drama, action and adventure. A girl learned to speak her heart in what she wanted.

BOB or Bicarbonate Ostylezene Benzonate was one of Susan Murphy or Gigantorious's friends. She made friends with BOB when she was trapped in the Government facility. BOB has no brain and insisits on saying, "It turns out that you do not need one."
Bob is a computer generated creature that was made from a jello type of substance.
He has one eye and eats ham.Anything can go in and come out intact.
Monsters vs. Aliens is playing in Digital 3D and IMAX 3D.The Imax 3D uses two camera lenses to represent the left and right eyes. The two lenses are separated by an interocular distance of 64 mm (2.5"), the average distance between a human's eyes. By recording on two separate rolls of film for the left and right eyes, and then projecting them simultaneously, viewers can be tricked into seeing a 3D image on a 2D screen. The IMAX 3D camera is cumbersome, weighing over 113 kg/250lbs. This makes it difficult to film on-location documentaries.

This new movie was about a girl named Susan Murphy. She suddenly got hit by a meteorite before her wedding. Her boy said, "Whoa, Susan your glowing.I mean you're really glowing."
Susan got caught by federal agents and placed in a facility where monsters are held. She joins Dr. Cockroach PHD, BOB, and the missing link. She also finds the insectivore's. Each one was caught because they were monster

The Breakers Post 2 Contiued
The Breakers was a home that had many workers. There were butlers and in the butler Pantry was the Vanderbilt's fine china and food. The fine china in the Butler's Pantry was locked in a safe every night. The safe was a steel box with a metal lock.
The room after the pantry was the long and gigantic dining room. Every chair was at least one ton and needed a footman to push them in. The chandeliers were all electric lighting, but if the power failed, then the light switch to gas. Cornelius Vanderbilt designed it so that they will always have light. The gas will light up through the round , transparent , glass balls. The dining room reminds me of the Italian Renaissance or French style designs. It reminds me of Louis the XIV palace in Versailles.
The next room on the tour was the Billiard Room. The Billiard Room is faced from floor to ceiling of matching slabs of grey blue marble and matching alabaster arches. There's a pool table and designs of different animals. Can you locate the turtle?
The turtle is the little animal painted on the ceiling. It is the little animal crawling towards the woman's feet.
Richard Morris Hunt designed this home and lived his life in Newport. He was a French Art Student, but he was from America. He was the well known American Architect for his design of the Statue of Liberty. He was the architect of the 5th avenue facade of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Mr. Hunt died in 1895 and was buried in the Common burying ground and Island cemetery in Newport , Rhode Island.
Next stop is the ballroom, the ballroom was the room for the wealthy family's invited guest parties. The ladies would slide down the stairs without tripping because of the low distance between each step. The ceiling has many unique designs including three acorns. The acorns represent the Vanderbilt family. One represents fortune, and another means wealth. The last one means long living. The ballroom held many parties and three orchestras played here at once. There's a piano at the ballroom.
The next room is the music room.The music room was an extremely important room. This
was the place where Gertude Vanderbilt played her music for the world to hear. The piano is next to the window. From the window, you could see the sea. The Breakers was the Summer's social capital during the Guilded Age. They were able to afford this because they did not have to pay Income Tax. So they kept everything that they earned, but when Income Tax was introduced to the nation, the wealthy could not afford to stay at the mansions. The summer's social capital had music to enjoy, parties to enjoy, and a comfort summer retreat. Gertude Vanderbilt recalls,"I remember my mother would left me practice everyday."
The servants and staffs working at the mansion were mainly immigrants coming to America. The mansion opened around the same time as Ellis Island. The staffs were not to be seen in the mansion by the family. Only the butlers, footmans, and male staffers may be seen. The female staffers are forbidden to be seen. The children of the staffers could stay in the mansion and play. However, they must not touch anything and cannot be seen by the family.
One of those children remembers it as a very large and fun place to be in. Although there were many rooms, "I remember every summer that I come here was an exciting moment because very few children could come and play in the mansions. "

The doors back then were all cut out from the walls because the staffers did not want to disrupt the family while working. Mrs. Vanderbilt had her own dressing room and indoor bathroom. The Marble House was paid by William J. Vanderbilt for his wife, Alva Vanderbilt. Alva Vanderbilt later divorced William , but kept the house, the children and 30,000 dollars. This house has a unique structure. It has French taste in it. There are french designs and several pieces of the home were designed in France. The house was to model the Petit Trinon in Versailles, France. Simular to the Breakers, this house was also designed by Architect , Richard Morris Hunt.
Richard Morris Hunt studied Beaux- Arts in France and for the rest of his life, he was a architect designing Newport Mansions. He lived in a large house in Newport.
He was extremely famous in the wealthly family group in Newport.
The Marble House has a unique ballroom. This ballroom uses gold leaf. It used gold leaf all around the room. There's at least 22 carrot gold in the ballroom. There are Roman gods carved in to the walls. I saw the relief sculpture of the Roman God Possiant. The sculpture shows the god using his Trident in his underwater kingdom.
This room had lots and lots of detail. The lighting has lots of detail that could have taken a month to make.
The next room on the audio tour was the Gothic room. This room has painted or stain glass windows that shows religious stories. There are portraits of the Commodore and his grandson. The room gives a very Gothic and religious feeling. I would feel frightened of the room if it was at night. The room is very dark and gloomy.
The audio tour directs people to the marble hallway and shows tourists the Chinese Tea house. The Chinese tea house was built by Alva Vanderbilt. Alva Vanderbilt wanted to connect Oriental cultures with Western cultures.
Straight ahead there's a portrait of a French King. Then on your right is the library. Alva Vanderbilt loved books. She wanted to have them all. She placed no strains on what her daughter could or could not read. To her books were like heaven.
Alva Vanderbilt was very unique because she was the first to divorce a Vanderbilt, she fought for women's suffrage, and was very social. Alva and William had three children. Then she married Oliver Belmont. She died in Paris France on January 26, 1933.
In the Dining room, there were famous artworks, heavy chairs and a new way of serving food. They served food one at a time, but the food arrives so quickly that
they have no time to eat their food. They could only eat little of everything. '
The chairs that they sat in weighed more than a ton. They had foot mans push the chairs inwards. Only the male staffs could be seen in public. The female staffers at the Mansion were not allowed to be seen in public.
Their were oil canvas paintings and woven artworks.
On the second floor was Mr. Vanderbilt's room, Alva Vanderbilt's room, and the trophy room. Mr. Vanderbilt's room was pretty large in size. The room had a king sized bed with a portrait of him hanging over the fireplace.
In Mrs. Alva Vanderbilt's room was a good looking wallpaper and a king sized bed on a platform. The original wallpaper faded away, so the National Preservation society at Newport recreated a portion of the old wall paper. The old , colorful wallpaper was framed in a glass for visitors to compare the old and the recreated version.
In the trophy room was all the trophies of another Vanderbilt. There were trophies and portraits. One of the portraits was of Commodore Vanderbilt.

The Breakers
Commodore Vanderbilt's grandson, Cornelius Vanderbilt the second constructed the Breakers with architect, Richard Morris Hunt. He's was only one of the many architects on this large project. He helped construct this home in 2 years because of the high technology and engineering during the Gilded age.
The Gilded age was a period of time in the United State's history, that had economic prosperity.During this period, the United States was the number one nation in the world. In this 11 acre home, the home represents the wealth of America in the 19th Century.The Breakers was only a Summer retreat home for the Vanderbilt family.
After the summer, the staff would have a series of tasks to do. The staff had to turn off the indoor plumbing, electricity, and made sure the pipes wouldn't freeze. They made sure that the mansion be ready for the next summer.
Cornelius Vanderbilt had only lived in this home for one summer because he had a stroke the year after.He passed away because of the stroke.
Cornelius Vanderbilt the second was the grandson of the Commodore not his son. Cornelius Vanderbilt's brother is William Vanderbilt. He is the owner of Newport's Marble House.
The Marble house and the Breakers represent the enormous wealth of the Vanderbilt family. The Vanderbilt family acquired this wealth from Commodore Vanderbilt's steamboat business and Railroad business. Commodore Vanderbilt had his steamboat business when he was in his 20s. He was bringing people up and down he Hudson river. Several years later, his railroad industry revolutionized the method of transportation. he could carry people from Chicago to New York. His railroad company let to the his enormous wealth that was carried to his grandchildren.His railroad company was fueled by the Elms owner, Birdwell. Birdwell's coal industry powered railroads including Vanderbilt railroad industry.
The Breakers was a great example of Italian Renaissance architecture and French styles. This unique home had a grand ballroom, where many large parties were held. Some of the parties had three orchestras playing. There were large bedrooms, indoor plumbing and electricity. During the time of the Vanderbilts, electricity and indoor plumbing was very seldom.
The Breakers had a neat and beautiful ballroom. The ceiling had three acorns. It represent the Vanderbilt family. One represents wealth, then good fortune, and long life.
The entire home was supposed to be designed in the Italian renaissance buildings at Turnin and Genoa. Cornelius Vanderbilt II was a bank clerk working on 50 dollars a month and later became chairman of his family's railroad business.
Cornelius Vanderbilt took no chances with wood and fire , so the entire home was constructed out of stone and brick with steel beams for support structure. Their dining room chairs were so heavy that they needed footmans to push the chair inwards. This was a elegant dining area because they had nice foods and great chairs and tables.
The Breakers were a sea front mansion. This means they had a great view of the Atlantic ocean. When you stand on their back lawn, you could feel the cool sea air.
The upstairs were the bedrooms and bathrooms. The bathroom had a tub with four knobs. Two were for hot and cold and the other two were for salt water. Wealthy families believed that batheing in salt water was healthy for your body.
Mr. Cornelius Vanderbilt's room is very plain and normal because he only stayed at the Breakers for one Summer. Then he died of a stroke.

The Gilded age was a period of time in the United State's history, that had economic prosperity.During this period, the United States was the number one nation in the world. In this 11 acre home, the home represents the wealth of America in the 19th Century.The Breakers was only a Summer retreat home for the Vanderbilt family.
After the summer, the staff would have a series of tasks to do. The staff had to turn off the indoor plumbing, electricity, and made sure the pipes wouldn't freeze. They made sure that the mansion be ready for the next summer.
Cornelius Vanderbilt had only lived in this home for one summer because he had a stroke the year after.He passed away because of the stroke.
Cornelius Vanderbilt the second was the grandson of the Commodore not his son. Cornelius Vanderbilt's brother is William Vanderbilt. He is the owner of Newport's Marble House.
The Marble house and the Breakers represent the enormous wealth of the Vanderbilt family. The Vanderbilt family acquired this wealth from Commodore Vanderbilt's steamboat business and Railroad business. Commodore Vanderbilt had his steamboat business when he was in his 20s. He was bringing people up and down he Hudson river. Several years later, his railroad industry revolutionized the method of transportation. he could carry people from Chicago to New York. His railroad company let to the his enormous wealth that was carried to his grandchildren.His railroad company was fueled by the Elms owner, Birdwell. Birdwell's coal industry powered railroads including Vanderbilt railroad industry.
The Breakers was a great example of Italian Renaissance architecture and French styles. This unique home had a grand ballroom, where many large parties were held. Some of the parties had three orchestras playing. There were large bedrooms, indoor plumbing and electricity. During the time of the Vanderbilts, electricity and indoor plumbing was very seldom.
The Breakers had a neat and beautiful ballroom. The ceiling had three acorns. It represent the Vanderbilt family. One represents wealth, then good fortune, and long life.
The entire home was supposed to be designed in the Italian renaissance buildings at Turnin and Genoa. Cornelius Vanderbilt II was a bank clerk working on 50 dollars a month and later became chairman of his family's railroad business.

To Kill a Mockingbird

Based upon the 1960, Harper Lee story, To Kill a Mockingbird has been a Oscar winning film, a Pulitzer winning novel , and a great black and white movie.
This film had adventure, drama, action, and humor. It is strongly connected to the Harper Lee novel, but they organized it to flow. This movie has scenes that flows or connects together. It's not a movie where the scenes are loosely connected and the story doesn't make sense , but a movie with a great plot line, a good story, and great acting.
This film starts out unusually, but as the movie progresses, we start to see that the objects shown in the beginning have strong ties to the story. I like the firm and assertive voice over along with the dramatic music.
The music is very memorable.
The acting of Scout was my absolute favorite because Scout acts like a boy , but her character and personality is still a girl. Scout is the main character and girl that introduces her town called Maycomb county. I love how Scout calls her father,"Atticus, Atticus."
She uses a very cute accent to say it. That is why I will never forget Scout. I may forget the movie.
Then there is Jem,he is a childish boy at the beginning , but as the years progressed, I can tell he has matured. he gone from a boy that played childish games with Charles Baker Harris or Dill to being more mature. I can see the character maturing as I watch the trial of Tom Robinson.
, but Atticus and Scout I will not forget.
Last, but not least is Atticus. Atticus played by Gregory Peck has really empathized the meaning of a lawyer. My favorite part about him was when he was defending Tom Robinson and was talking to the Jurors, he was very firm and serious. He gave a very important speech.
This movie has really enhanced my understanding of the novel, To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee. It may be an old black and white film , but an award wining black and white film which I think is the best out of black and white films.

30 Days
What if you had to step into somebody else shoes? What would you do if you worked minimum wage for 30 days?
The television series 30 Days starring Morgan Spurlock shows people like you and me what it is like working minimum wage. Morgan Spurlock was the actor of the Oscar nominated movie, Super sized me. Currently, Morgan is working on his reality TV show called 30 Days. 30 Days is a show where Morgan will live someone Else's life for 30 days. It might be living 30 days in prison, with a Muslim family in America, or working minimum wage.
This month's challenge for Morgan was to live off of minimum wage. He has talked his fiance in doing it with him. He has travelled to Columbus, Ohio to do his television program. He has stayed with his brother's family for several hours and then he and his wife has gone apartment finding. They have about 350 dollars in their pockets. They have found lots of apartments and all but one were way to expensive for them. This movie shows great persuasion that Senator Ted Kennedy needs to raise the minimum wage.
Senator Kennedy has wanted to pass the bill that raised the minimum wage because the minimum wage has not raised a cent since 1997, but the cost of living has been raised. For every year the bill was introduced, it was turned down by congress. The minimum wage was introduced in the 1930s during the Great Depression because it was supposed to cover the bear minimum of living, but since the cost of living has risen, the minimum wage no longer does what it was intended to do.
Living off of minimum wage was extremely difficult because there was water bills, electric bills, hospital bills and rent for their apartment. By the end of the month , both Morgan and his wife had two hospital bills from the emergency room and Morgan's cost was 1000 dollars while his treatment was only a 40 dollar bandage."That's bu shit,"said Morgan.
This is ridiculous because minimum wage is barely enough to cover the cost of a couple. What if they had children? The parents would have to take care of them, pay for their schooling, medical cost, and child care. (Medical cost would include the basic vaccinations before the children arrive at school.)Morgan and his wife worked 8 hour jobs everyday , but a couple with children can only have one work an 8 hour job if their on minimum wage. That would make it even more difficult to make a living.
If you've had a good life, with fancy cars, television, Ipods, or good schooling, then I strongly suggest you to watch this episode of 30 Days. That way you can step into an minimum wage family's shoes and see what it it like working on minimum wage during a recession.

Hollywood's biggest formal party is the Academy Awards. The Academy Awards is the biggest party for celebrities. Some go home with an Oscar and some go home with the experience at the Oscars. Actors, Producers, Editors, Directors, and sound mixers are all sitting together to watch an Annual show. This formal event includes some of the world's most expensive dresses and suits. The actresses have more elegant dresses because the actors and directors just have black suit, tie, and white shirt and black pants. Every year the actress’s dresses are all original. These dresses are rated by TV audiences. Art is a universal language that brings the world closer together. Art means visual art, music, film making, drawing, photography, or painting goes into the big category of art. Art is what brings the world closer together as a universal language.
The 2009 Academy Awards began with an original song. I felt the song was creative because it includes this year's great movies. The movies are divided into several categories. These categories include Sound editing, Best Actor, Best supporting actor, Best Actress, Best Supporting actress, Best Animated film, Best Animated short, Best Short film, Best sound editing, Best film editing, best supporting role, costume design, and Art direction.
Some this year's great movies include Slum dog Millionaire, The Dark Knight, Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Wall-E, Kung Fu Panda, Bolt, and Iron Man. The movies nominated are the movies that have been recognized by the Academy, but it not all the recognized and nominated are awarded because there are exceptional movies in the world. It was said Art was the universal language in the world. The great movies with best sound editing and best supporting actor is The Dark Knight. The Dark Knight had that action in the film. Heath Ledger as the Joker just made this film even better. I may forget the Dark Knight, but I will never forget Heath Ledger as the Joker. The Dark Knight is an example of an exceptional film. There are those films that I do not know why they won. One of those movies is Wall-E. Wall-E was boring and not enough action like Kung Fu Panda or Bolt. Wall-E did show it was an original screenplay and original music.
Slum dog millionaire won 8 Oscars. Slum dog millionaire was about a boy who's from the slums of Mumbai and completes in the competition of who wants to be a millionaire. Then there was the Curious Case of Benjamin Button. It's about a boy who was born an Old man and ages backwards.

The Annual West Windsor Library Book Sale.
As I entered the West Windsor Library for the Book sale volunteer, I was surrounded by books. There were all kinds of Books from Foreign Language to Self Help.I could estimate that there were at least 5000 books at the very site.
The 2009 Book Sale at West Windsor is the first year for me to volunteer. I was confused with my job, but I soon as I entered, I was told to read several papers and sign in. My job was carrying the boxes of unorganized books to each category and sort them in to boxes by size. It seems easy , but there were thousands of books in a contained area. If the original organized box is not organized, then I have to organize it. All the spine titles have to face the same direction and the books must be laid down , not standing vertically.
The perks of being the volunteer is buying the books, after your assigned job is finished. The Friends of the West Windsor Library has a kitchen full of snacks and drinks for the volunteers.
I enjoy volunteering at the Book Sale because on Saturday, February 21 I was sorting the Foreign Language books and I learned how to tell apart Hindi , Bangladesh , and Tamil characters apart. I also learned how the Russian characters look, so volunteering is not dull or boring because it is an opportunity to experience an adventure.
Just by volunteering, I learned how to shelf library books, DVD, videos, tapes, and non fiction. I am no stranger to volunteering because I have 65 volunteer hours as of Sunday, February 22, 2009. I have also learned how to teach or take care of Small children. I have also learned CPR through volunteering. Volunteering is fun, exciting, and giving back to the community.
Being a volunteer also have perks that people who do not volunteer have.

New York Post in racism row over chimpanzee cartoon | World news | The Guardian
Recently , there has been a Chimpanzee attack in the United States of America. New York Post decided to report this attack and show it on the news , but they also created a rasist cartoon. This cartoon is portraying President Obama as a Chimpanzee. Then two police cops shot the chimpanzee. One of the Police said, " They'll have to find another person to write the Stimulus Bill. That is insulting the President and the African American Race. You can not dislike the president in a cartoon that portrays an ape being shot. They just means you wan the President assinsinated.
This is unacceptable New York Post.
The News Media can not portray Racism through a cartoon because it still hards. America is a Nation full of Cowards. I am begining to believe this because statistics show that 50% of white americans live in subarbs and 50% Blacks live in Cities. Some white americans don't be social with blacks, but as Obama said, " There is no white america, no black America, no liberal america, there is the United States of America."
This photo also shows there freedom of Speech and Press, but this is not the right way to show it. This is just like the shoe throwing incidents. There are then one way to show dislikes and hatred. If one country hated another country, should they just go to war? No , because they know and Presidents know that we need Peace. To establish Peace is to creating firm relationships with other countries.
The same goes to the photo, they can't show the photo like this. President Obama is a hard waorking man. He went from a average high schooler to a graduate in Harvard Law. He is currently focused on his Stimulus Package.
The photo just proves that the New York Post is not worth reading.

The 58th NBA All Star game
Where have you seen the greatest players in the NBA play in one night? When have you seen Shaq, Kobe , and Yao play together?
The annual NBA All Star Game brings the NBA's top players to one arena. NBA's Top Players include the World's Top Players as well. Kobe Bryant, Dwayne Wade, and Lebronon James are Olympic Gold Medalist in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. This game gives the players and the fans an opportunity to see all these players play together or play against each other. I enjoyed seeing Shaq and Kobe playing together because They haven't play much together since Shaq left the LA Lakers.
This NBA All Star is no different than any other All Star, but this is Shaquille O'Neal's 15th All Star Game.
This NBA Game started out with the East on offense. Dwayne Wade started the game with a 3-pointer shot. He took this 3-Pointer minutes after the beginning of the game. It goes into the West taking the lead and Kobe Bryant shooting 23 Points and Shaquille O' Neal shooting 17 Points.
My favorite part of this All Star Game is how Shaquille O'Neal passed the ball underneath his opponent. Then Shaquille O' Neal makes a Dunk. His dunk is NBA history. In history, Shaq once made a dunk that broke the backboard. He has amazing strength and energy.
Kobe Bryant has a record of making 80 points a game. He could be the next Michael Jordan.
Chris Paul made a nice dunk 2 minutes 11 seconds left for the game. Chris Paul is on fire, he made another dunk at the last minute of the game.
The East can't win because they have 119 and the West have 146. They were behind 27 points in the last few seconds. Not even an miracle could save them.
This proves the West is stronger than the East. The West has Chris Paul, Tim Duncan, Yao Ming, Kobe Bryant, Tony Parker and Dirk Nowitzki.
The East has Kevin Garnet, Lebronon James, Dwayne Wade and Allen Iversion. No wonder the East can't beat the West because the West has one of the strongest player, Kobe Bryant.

Pink Panther 2 Summary
Pink Panther 2 starts out with stolen artifacts in Rome, London, and Tokyo. They started out with a global and moving from England, Italy, and Japan to France. I enjoyed how they started the movie with a globe. It's a nice visual. All three artifacts were stolen by Les Tornado. Then they move to France where Dryfess talks to other Inspectors. They want to solve the case worldwide with an International Dream Team. France has asked Jacques. Monsieur Jacques Cousteau has been assigned to Parking duty. Dryfess assigned him to that job after his win of the Medal of Honor. He was reassigned to the dream team to solve the case of the missing artifacts around the world and find Le Tornado. On his parking duty he has cross referenced the tickets by writing down the date of the ticket given, license plate number and when was it given. This cross referencing was important in the case. As Clouseau was about to leave France, the Pink Panther Diamond was stolen. Now the dream team is starting in France. The Pink Panther diamond that was stolen was a fake. Clouseau switched the replicated given to him in a case with the real diamond. Clouseau knew it would be stolen, so he switched the real and replicated one before anyone would know.
Afterwards, they moved to Rome, Italy. They will interview the person that is a suspected suspect. Clouseau did not follow the crew instead he went digging around for information. He said, “The Tornado is in there. I can sense him."
The scene that followed showed the Tornado talking inside the mansion. Clouseau was correct. The funny part was when the Pope's ring was stolen and he dressed up as the Pope to act out what the pope did that night.
The crime of finding El Tornado was shortly solved when they found the key. El Tornado committed suicide and left all the stolen artifacts except the Pink Panther diamond which was burned. Clouseau consulted a geologist about how it could have burned and he said that El Tornado had to know it was a replica.
At the awards ceremony, Clouseau was the only person to realize that El tornado did not steal the pink Panther diamond. It was the girl who solved the case with them. (Not Nicole)
She destroyed the replica, but the real diamond stayed with Clouseau and no one knew until the ceremony.
He used the cross reference book to figure out that El Tornado did not steal the diamond because he went back to the day before the Pink Panther was stolen. He gave that car a ticket.
The rest of the Dream team all confessed that Clouseau's mind is sharper than them all.
The case was completely finished with Jacques Clouseau. He always finishes the case at the last minute.
To conclude the movie, Nicole and Jacques got married and Daryfess accidentally shot the security camera. The secret security came with big guns. The past word was hamburger, but it was changed. Cloyseau's gadget ran out of battery, so Clouseau and Nicole secretly sneaked out. At the end the movie was finished with the animated Pink Panther.
Jacques Clouseau succeeds in finding the Pink Panther again. Case Closed
Afterwards, they moved to Rome, Italy. They will interview the person that is a suspected suspect. Clouseau did not follow the crew instead he went digging around for information. He said, “The Tornado is in there. I can sense him."
The scene that followed showed the Tornado talking inside the mansion. Clouseau was correct. The funny part was when the Pope's ring was stolen and he dressed up as the Pope to act out what the pope did that night.
The crime of finding El Tornado was shortly solved when they found the key. El Tornado committed suicide and left all the stolen artifacts except the Pink Panther diamond which was burned. Clouseau consulted a geologist about how it could have burned and he said that El Tornado had to know it was a replica.
At the awards ceremony, Clouseau was the only person to realize that El tornado did not steal the pink Panther diamond. It was the girl who solved the case with them. (Not Nicole)
She destroyed the replica, but the real diamond stayed with Clouseau and no one knew until the ceremony.
He used the cross reference book to figure out that El Tornado did not steal the diamond because he went back to the day before the Pink Panther was stolen. He gave that car a ticket.
The rest of the Dream team all confessed that Clouseau's mind is sharper than them all.
The case was completely finished with Jacques Clouseau. He always finishes the case at the last minute.
To conclude the movie, Nicole and Jacques got married and Daryfess accidentally shot the security camera. The secret security came with big guns. The past word was hamburger, but it was changed. Cloyseau's gadget ran out of battery, so Clouseau and Nicole secretly sneaked out. At the end the movie was finished with the animated Pink Panther.

Bad economic times for certain stores
2009 is going to be a bad year for stores and retailers. Linens and things and Circuit city have both gone down. Many lay offs occurring. Housing companies like Beazer Homes has tremendous lay offs. They have shut down the site in Maryland and closing departments. In New Jersey, the accounting and fiance department is already down to its last few people. Beazer Homes is a housing company that is doing the worst. They laid off 500 employees nationwide in January 16, 2009.
More and more employees are claiming their unemployment benefits and State unemployment benefits. New Jersey is considering giving those benefits as a loan. States like Michigan and Rhode Island have the highest unemployment rates. They've reached double digits. Our national unemployment rate is 7.5%.
Wall Street wasted the bailout money. President Obama calls it Shameful. They are going to bring out the artillery. That's a metaphor for the government's stepping in because unemployment funds are about to go bankrupt.

Shoe throwing incident again Shameful act
Seven weeks after President Bush’s visit to Iraq, Premier Wen JiaBao was hit with a shoe. President Bush was hit with a shoe by an Iraqi Reporter and now Premier Wen Jiabao of China was hit by a shoe in Cambridge University.
Shoe throwing has causing a lot of political conflicts in high government positions. The protestors threw an Athletic shoe that missed Premier Wen jiabao by 30 feet. Premier Wen was giving a speech at the Concert Hall of Cambridge University. The man was in his 20s and 30s of European descent. He threw an athletic shoe. The New York Times recorded, "Some in the audience said he called the protest “despicable.” Others said that when he resumed the speech, to an audience of Chinese government ministers, university officials and students, he assured them that “the relations between Britain and China” would not be affected by the protest. A police spokeswoman gave no other details about the protester, Reuters reported."
The man said, “How can you listen to his lies."
I think that this man and the Iraqi reporter was proving a point, but done the wrong thing. They can use their freedom of Speech, but throwing a shoe is over using your freedom of Speech. The Iraqi reporters made not have damaged Former President George W. Bush, but he damages the former president emotionally and mentally. What If I threw a shoe at the Iraqi reporter or the European man? How would they feel? Political government helps build an public image, but President Bush was misguided by his administration. He has a nice personality and we should all respect that. Premier Wen was probably hurt emotionally, but does not show it to the media. The public needs to be more careful of these incidents. I am extremely disappointed at those two.

Huaxia zhiye Performance 华夏之夜
This post is dedicated to the performers who travelled from Beijing to New Brunswick, New Jersey. They put up a great show in the State Theatre.
Today, 1/31/2009, I am travelling to New Brunswick to State Theatre to watch a Chinese New Year performance by 华夏中文学校 or Huaxia Chinese School. They have put up a performance by bring dancers, singers and popular Chinese figures to New Jersey. The performers have travelled 3,000 miles from Beijing to perform at the State Theatre.One of the performers called Jing Tan performed At the Eastern Mountain. She has also performed at this year's China Central Television Spring Festival performance two weeks ago.
The Huaxia Chinese school choir began the show with three encores to warm up the crowd. The intro was memorable, but my favorite was the Beijing Opera and the Talk show for a New Year's blessing. Of course this the talk show was in Chinese.There were two comedians and they would act out famous people's voices and entertain the crowd. Their entertainment was the best part of the 华夏之夜 performance.
The Beijing Opera was also entertaining because I got to enjoy an excerpt of Madam Mu Guiyang. It was a famous story of a female general in China. I loved their costuming because I always wanted to see those shows.
The singing was also entertaining because the singers had the most beautiful voices. One of the singers was Jing Tan. She conducted a successful solo concert in 2006 in the Viennese Gold Hall. She is considered one of the best soloists today in China.
This show was shown every year in New Jersey. Last year it was in the Trenton Memorial theatre and this year in New Brunswick State Theatre. I really enjoy the show and I know that any who understands the Chinese language will understand it as well.

Taking a Stand in History
It was the year 1892, one of America’s best selling authors was born. Pearl Buck was more than just an author, even a great one. In her lifetime, she was recognized as a noted humanitarian, particularly concerned with the rights of women and children. During her time she was one of the first to write about China. Her childhood in China and birth in America might confuse her nationality, but she said, “I feel more Chinese than American.”
From a baby born in Hillsbough, West Virginia and raised in China, Pearl Buck grew to become a Nobel Prize for Literature winner, the most successful writer to promote cross-culture understanding between Asia and the United States during her lifetime, and a noted advocate for human rights.
Pearl Bark’s parents were Christian missionaries, stationed in Zhenjiang, China. They brought Pearl to China when she was only three month old. Since then, Pearl lived most of the first forty years of her life in China. During her 40 years of living in China, Pearl Buck was unlike other Americans of her generation because China was her world and America was like a dream. She loved China and stated in her speech, “China is more than a part of me. She is in my heart and soul and mind. I was fed by her foods and drank of her waters. Born in my own country, the United States of America, of Pre-Revolutionary ancestry, it was China who nurtured me.” She spent her childhood and adolescent years learning about China. At age 15, Pearl Buck believed that China is an ancient civilization with a rich history, culture, and tradition that deserved to be closely examined and respected. The American Girls she met at Mrs. Jewell’s Boarding School bred on the notion that whites were more superior and the Chinese just seemed less human. When she told those girls the similarity between Buddhism and Christianity, they reported her to Mrs. Jewell as a heretic. She was punished with a strong dose of religion. It was because of her experiences in the boarding school that strengthened her belief about Chinese culture.
Pearl Buck was a pioneer who appreciated Chinese life and culture as few Westerners had done before, and she shared her provocative insights with the world. Her most famous novel, The Good Earth, had been awarded with the Pulitzer Prize, American Best seller list, and the William Dean Howells’ Medal for the most distinguished fictional novel in 1935. The Good Earth turned into a Hollywood Blockbuster film in 1933. To study the impact of Pearl S. Buck, a sociologist named Isaacson did a survey asking Americans where their Chinese impression came from between the years 1931 to the mid-1950s. Two-thirds of people surveyed said their knowledge about China was from the books of Pearl S. Buck, or more specifically, from "The Good Earth". This was a unique achievement in United States history because Americans had never been so inspired by a single book. The Good Earth was translated into more than 30 foreign languages. She had also written dozens of other fictional and nonfiction books because they explained China as a country with rich history, culture, and traditions as compared to the stereotypes most Americans knew at the time. Pearl Buck’s countless novels included the perspectives of women who lived and experienced everyday hardships. As a result of her writing, Pearl Buck had changed the perspective of how Americans saw China. Pearl Buck’s writing led her to become the first American women to win the Nobel Prize for Literature. The Nobel Prize for literature council stated, “For her rich and truly epic descriptions of peasant life in China and her biographical masterpieces.”
Pearl Buck loved China, but she was deeply concerned about traditional Chinese attitudes toward women. Foot-binding was then a common practice on girls, because it was believed the women with small feet were beautiful. Women were treated as ‘beasts of burden’ by their farmer husbands and as servants by their sons. Pearl Buck’s once worked at a charity called the Door of Hope in Shanghai and heard lots of horrible stories from the girls supported by the charity. For example, Pearl heard of how the slave girls’ mistresses would torture them with cigarettes and burning coals. Pearl Buck’s commitment to women’s rights was obviously originated from her experience and observations in China.
Beyond her career as a famous author, Pearl Buck became a devoted human rights activist and founder of an international adoption agency. She believed that "the test of a civilization is the way that it cares for its helpless members."
Buck was a vocal supporter of the Equal Rights Amendment during a time when most organized women’s groups opposed it. As a novelist she gave voice to the experiences of women in different cultures, and as child welfare activist she showed particular concern for female children, who were among the especially vulnerable.
She had taken an early leadership in the Urban League and the NAACP. Pearl Buck was also dedicated to the Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom.
Pearl Buck’s firm belief in the equal dignity and value of all human beings and her commitment to empower and aid the most vulnerable and helpless members of every society inspired her to campaign for minority’s rights. She wrote a letter to President Franklin Delano Roosevelt to demand equal treatment for African Americans and Indians.
Pearl Buck ran a national and political campaign against the notorious Chinese exclusion laws, which prohibited Chinese to enter the United States. She was also the founder of the East and West Association which was responsible for improving mutual understanding Asia and America.
Pearl also defended Indian freedom against England. She published an article in the Asia magazine. She used the example that India pressed into the service of an allegedly democratic government, but no democracy was given to them. The British imprisoned the foremost leader for Indian democracy, Jawaharlal Nehru.
Years after working at the Door of Hope, Pearl returned to the United States and created her own Charity. This charity was the first international adoption agency called Pearl S. Buck International. A branch of Pearl S. Buck International is called The Welcome House, which was dedicated to help illegitimate children left behind by U.S. Servicemen serving in Asia during World War II. So far the Welcome House has placed more than 5,000 Asian children in American homes in forty five years. Pearl Buck once stated that the purpose of her foundation was to help children suffered by injustices and prejudice because of their birth, are not permitted to enjoy the educational, social, and civil privileges.
Pearl S. Buck International has another branch called the Opportunity House. The Opportunity House has helped Asian children in five countries. Not only has it placed more than 5000 Asian children in American homes for 45 years, but it had impacted 20,561 children. These impacted children received medical care, school support, scholarships given, and HIV/AIDS vaccines given. The 2006 to 2007 Pearl S. Buck International report stated that 85 children were placed with American families in one year. The report also stated that 1,908 children and families received services in a year. Pearl Buck once said, “Whatever way you choose to help, let it be now, I beg you. The years between birth and adulthood are swift and few, the earlier a child can be helped, the better his chance for a normal life.”

President Obama's weekly address to the Union
Since Presdient Obama's first day in office on the noon of January 20th as stated in Article II of the constitution, Obama has met with his economic advisory board, commanders of the operation in Iraq, and signed several executive orders. One of them include the Guatamo Bay Federal prison closing. They plan to close the military run prison and send the terroist or detainess home. They will allow some who fear what their home country will do to them to come to the United States. Those coming in will be given a fair trial. All the other detainees where be sent back to have their home countries deal with them. America can no longer spent money on this prison because of the current economic crisis. Obama is trying to get as many funds as he can to lower unemployment and make sure the current generation can go to college without fear of not enough money.
President Obama is also trying to get his economic recovery package approved by congress , so they can start creating more jobs here in the United States.

Reflecting Obama's Inaugeration
It was the year 1963, a famous civil rights and equality leader spoke. He spoke in front of millions of African Americans, Caucasian, Asians, and lots of other people. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr gave his speech in front of the Lincoln Memorial. His most famous line, "I had a dream," was spoken. He spoke of how he wants to see his 4 children grow up to be judge by their character and not their skin. This speech made millions of Americans reflect on what hppened to them. From the southern plantations to the Mongumary Bus boycott, African Americans were harassed. They were beaten , segregated and treated like dirt, but it wasn't long after his speech that congress passed the Civil Rights Amendment to the United States Constitution.
Without that speech and the Civil rights amendment, a half African American President would not be in the white house. President Barack Obama has become president. He fought for the white house against John McCain. He has fought a long fight with his supporters.
Barack Obama has made history when he said the 4 lined quote from Article II section one, last paragraph of the constitution. He has given Americans hope. His Inauguration made have made history, but it was America who made history. Americans have shown the world that they are no longer the country that segregate , but a country with change and acceptance.
Obama has also shown the world that he wants to help America through this hard economic struggle. Thousands of Americans laid off, thousands without a home, and hundreds of companies going into to bankruptcy.
He has started his job in the oval office working late at night. He has made dozens of phone calls and meetings with generals and cabinet members and economic team. He has already started addressing that Usuma Bin Ladin will be killed and Al-Queda crushed. He has addressed that he will withdraw troops within 16 months and leave Iraq to its people.
He will try to send a portion of soldiers to Afganstan and Pakistan. He will crackdown on terror and bring them to justice. He has halted the Guatamono Bay closing and plan on trials.
Barack Obama has a destiny to become a successful President. He might leave a legacy for future historians to study.

Disney Channel has brought Kids Inaugral on TV. They have Hollywood's most famous Teen actors and actresses to Washington D.C. They had put togeather a creative way to introduce the first African American President to Kids. They have introduce famous actors and actresses to Kids to help them to understand Barack Obama. They brought in George Lopez. George Lopez had a funny way to indroduce the T-Shirt give away. I believe that if they indroduce it like this as a concert, then more kids will get interested.

Roger Feder is consider to be the world's best tennis player. I can see why because I was watching his surf, his forehand, and his volley. They all look better then the person he is playing against.He has consistant strokes and moves. He plays well is because this is his job. He has a well payed job, but its better than sitting in the office all day doing absloutly nothing. He takes his job and makes it as an entertainment. That is one reason why he was the champion for the Australian Open. He works harder and practice in the toughest weather conditions. He Plays in intense heat , and humid days.

Do you think it is ironic that the Inaugration Day is right after Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Day? Do you think that Congress did it on purpose when they voted on the 20th amendment?
I believe that it is a wonderful thing because Barack Obama can speak on this monday and honor the person that protested for civil rights. He can also say how important Dr. King's speech is and how it has affected our lives today. It was not long after his I had a dream speech that congress passed the Civil Rights Amendment to the constitution. Without that amendment, I do not think Obama would be able to run for president.
Thank you Dr. King. You watch America's progress from the heavens. You can see how much America has grown to understand equality and civil rights. You can see that Caucasian Americans have changed by voting for a half African American for president. Thank you.

Beethoven's Big Break (2008)
Beethoven's Big Break is one of those Universal and Disney Movie that just makes the audience laugh. It is a classic and original. It is about a dog that was found by Billy.(played by Moises Arias)Billy realizes when he turns on the TV to Beethoven's fifth symphiny, the dog is attracted to it. Billy decides to name it Beethoven. Beethoven came to the house at the right time because two days after his dad gets fired from the head animal trainer at Universal Studios. It was then when Beethoven replaced a french poodle called Frizzy. Now Beethoven is a natural. He acts and loves to entertain people. The Studio producer and Director both loves what Beethoven does. Beethoven is so loved that the studio personally changed the script just for him. The scriptwriter even found love in Billy's father, the studio head animal trainer, then suddenly Beethoven got kidnapped by the ex head animal trainer named Sal. It also happens that he was the same guy who captured Frizzy and asked for the same amount. He sends a ransom that holds the same amount of 1 million dollars for frizzy and now 1 million for the mut named Beethoven. Sal , the ex head animal trainer, may look like a animal lover, but he only care about his money. He captured Frizzy for money and now he captured Beethoven for money. So the lesson is do not trust all the animal trainers on TV. They might be just doing for money. In the end, Sal and his goonies were arrested and the world premire of the movie was viewed. Beethoven is a father of three puppies which Billy is also taking care of. Their home is filled with animals of all kind and now they add 4 more dogs to the family.

New Year day
This message is dedicated to the hard working men and women who constructed the Big Apple for 2009.
I am sitting at home watching CNN and it is 12:00 AM and I saw the Big apple drop. They said that the Big apple is twice as big as last year. It is 2 tons. The Clintons helped drop the big apple. Former President Clinton and Secretary of State Hilary Clinton under the Obama administration. This year will be better. We have a new president and the United States will gradually come out of a recession.This world will have a more prosperious new year than 2008. We will not face another Wall Street crisis again. The world needs to be focused on captureing the terroist that killed civilians in Mumbai. In these hard economic times, People still have fun and come out into Manhattan to Time Square. They want to watch the Jonas Brothers, Taylor Swift , and other performances. In these hard economic times,People still work twice as hard to make a ball twice as big. They wanted to show that the bad economy will stop this nation from having fun.

Bolt (2008)
This review is dedicated to Walt Disney and Walt Disney pictures hard working Men and women who worked on Bolt. Good Job and Thank you for a wonderful movie. Happy New Year Walt Disney.
It all started when Bolt was at the pet store when a girl named Penny came in. She adopted Bolt and 5 years later Bolt became a Television star. Bolt has been a television star along with Penny his whole life. He does not know it is televison because he has never been off the set. He has always stayed in a trailer on set. Penny loves him. Then one day when something wrong happened on the set, Bolt accidentally got shipped to New York. The accident happened when the Green eyed man captured Penny. Bolt thought it was all real and he escaped from his trailer and fell in a shipping box. Now he met an ally cat named Mittens and they met when the pigeons tricked Bolt to thinking that the cat worked for the Green eyed man. The pigeons wanted to get revenge on mittens. Now Bolt and Mittens are tied togeather to travel all the way across the country to Hollywood. In Ohio, They met Rhino. Rhino is just fan that watches a lot of the Bolt shows and is the ultimate fan. He is a hamstuter that lives with an old lady in an RV. In this cross road adventure Mittens and Bolt get friendlier to each other when Bolt realized that he is just a dog on a TV show. He started as a dog that thinks that everything in his show is real to a more realistic dog at the end. This reaches a happy ending with Penny taking care of both Mittens and Rhino. Bolt is no longer enemies with the cat, Mittens instead they are good friends. My favorite part was when they reached Las Vegas , Nevada because I went to Las Vegas recently and was so excited to see the famous Las Vegas strip again. I saw MGM Grand, Treasure Island, New York New York, Paris Las Vegas, Bally in animated form. That was just cool how I can see a place in a movie and I just recently been there. The coolest part of the movie is that I got to see Bolt in Disney Digital 3D.
The storyboard was excellent because it gave background imformation on how Penny got Bolt at the very begining then leads to several scenes Bolt episode shots that leads to why Bolt ended up in New York. It Ends with how Bolt returned back to Los Angleses Hollywood. It also shows the experiences that Bolt had with Mittens and Rhino. It shows that Bolt has gotten more realistic of his TV show character's super powers. He also have 2 new friends, so this adventure has been more than trying to find Penny. It was an experience learning about the outside world. The world that was different from the glamor of a Hollywood set.
This movie has great shots with lots of shot variety and great visuals. The movie showed the great places around the 48 states. My favorite was Las Vegas because I just visited lasvegas during Thanksgiving and I got to see the foundain show of Bellagio again. They made every landmark especially Las Vegas with high pixels.This movie is pure hard work, intellegence, creativity, and high goals. A proverb once said, "It is not that you are afraid of setting your goals to high , but you set it too low that you can't reach it"
I was discussing this movie and believed that this movie can reach an Oscar. It might be Best sound effects, Best Visual effects, Best Animated film , Best Supporting Actress, or Best actor.
The best part about this movie is that it has a solid movie that does not loose focus. It is the best Disney animated movie of the year. Good Job Disney. You reached exceed Expectations and you will get an Oscar. That is the reward for your Success and hard working employees.Thank you Disney.

If he reaches the Pool of Shangri-La then he will be immortal and able to summon his terra cotta army. Now the O'Connells and two immortal women who lived 2000 years to bring him down before he destroys the world.
In this epic series the O'Connells are going to China. This movie has awesome visual effects, special effects, camera shots, and story.

Fly me to the moon
Fly me to the moon is a movie that takes place in 1969 during Apollo 11 moon landing. It is about three flies that board the Apollo 11. They landed on the moon with the Apollo 11 three man crew. Join Scooter, IQ, and Nat in a animated comedy.
This animated film is not just funny, but it has historical details into the movie.
My favorite fly is Scooter because scooter eats non stop. He loves food and can't let go of a choclate cake. He is like me , but not as fat or eat as much. Even when his life is in danger, scooter keeps on eating.
My next favorite is IQ. IQ is my favorite because he is the smartest fly I've seen. He knows how to read english, do math,and do science. I just find it funny because how many flies do that.

Hancock
Hancock is a movie starring Will Smith and is another superhero movie. It is about a loser superhero who saves lives while he causes damage to Los Angles. The citizens of Los Angles hates him, but he saves lives. He was insaulted and called loser by everybody in Los Angles. From a child to adults, they all insaulted him the same way. It wasn't until he met Ray. Ray works for helping the world. Ray wants to help Hancock and his son believes Hancock is his Hero. Aaron, Ray's son, loves Hancock and he thinks of Hancock as a hero or a role model.
Ray decides to help Hancock be more active with the people of Los Angleses. Ray decides that Hancock go to jail for 2 weeks and no hero work. That way crime willm increase and the city will beg to release Hancock. They will release him 2 weeks after because they know Hancock is needed.
This movie has great camera shots, visual effects, and camera effects. They had lots of Shot variety and made me excited. I love how they had Hancock fly. I know that he's on a blue screen, but they created the perfect illusion. I also enjoy how they created the part between super women and Hancock. Hancock got her angry and you can see in the background tornados forming. I just enjoy seeing that part because they demonstrated to me that Super Women is more powerful than Hancock.
One of the cons is the Story and plot. They story goes well in the being with hancock saving lives,but then it jumps to him fighting Super women. It has no connection to the story. I don't think there even is a story. This movie has a terriable story that it made me want to change the channel.

Journey to the Center of the Earth (2008)
Journey to the Center of the Earth is based upon the book by Jules Verne. This book starts with a geoly professor named Treavor Anderson. He is the brother of the Late Maxwell Anderson. Max and Treavor has studied the Earth and believed that there are volcanic tubes in the earth that passes the mantle to the Center of the earth. Max came to a conclusion that there is life below the surface, but Max gone missing in July 1997. About ten years later, his brother Treavor and his son, sean is going to Iceland. They believe that Max went to Ice land as well to investigate. They found his research, but the metal containment unit was destroyed by lightnig. Togeather Treavor , Sean, and there Icelandic mountain guide, Hannah, are going to the center of the Earth to find proof for Max's research. In this epic journey, Treavor, Sean and Hannah are going to discover dinosaurs, a terearium at the center of the earth, and extinct lightning birds. They find diamonds, rubies, feldspur, and emerald. This is an exciting journey with excellent camera shots and great visual effects. The camera shots are excellent. I never gor bored from looking at the movie. The Director of Photography is excellent. The movie is suspenseful, exciting, mouth-watering makes me want to see it again and again. I watched this movie at least 5 times and still wants to see more. This movie may have great camera shots, viusl effects, and special effects, it lacks a strong story and plot. It is not creative enough. They should have added to Verne's novel. It is not enough, they did not reach exceed expectations, they aimed for medicroacy. Medicrocy is great, but that is what 95% of the world's population does. Be like the 5% like Bill Gates, Tigar woods, Steven Speilburg, and Zhang Yimou. I am disappointedated at the stroy and plot. I found so excited at the suspense , but disappointed at the story and plot.

Weekly Report
This message is dedicated to President Elect Barack Huessin Obama.
I was watching Obama's weekley Internet address and was feeling that Obama is responsible. He takes the time every week just to have a Internet address. He has mentioned in this address that American soldiers are fighting in Iraq. He mentions that although it has been a long time since the first American Christmas, the purpose or the message has never worn out. The message of Christmas is hope. Obama take direst action, he does not slack around. He can get serious or fun, but in his job he puts serious efforts. That is the type of President we need for the United States of America.

Grand Canyon Message 7
I am currently going 50miles/hour from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon. This is a 5 and 1/2 hour trip. It takes up half a day and even worse is that there is a 1 hour time difference between Nevada and Arizona. The Grand Canyon is an National Park and a popular tourist attraction. Millions of tourist visit the Grand Canyon each year.
When arriving at the Grand Canyon's South Rim visitor center parking lot, I saw a magnificent wonder. The color of the Grand Canyon was red, red orange, orange. It had different colors depending on the different Rock Layers. There are 12 different Rock Formations. This includes the Kaliab Formation which is the newest formation, the Toroweap formation, Coconino sandstone , Hermit formation, Supai group, Redwall limestone, Temple Buttle formation, Muav limestone, Bright Angel shale, Tapeats sandstone, Grand Canyon super group , and finally the oldest Vishnu basement rocks. These layers have different rocks. These different rocks include the sandstone, limestone, shale,etc. Native Americans have settled here and left there mark and the United States Department of Interior turned this into a National Park in the 20th Century.
I took numerous pictures of the grand Canyon and even recorded the Grand Canyon. I just couldn't get away from the Grand Canyon's beauty. The next step is heading towards the free shuttle. I took the Free shuttle to Bright Angel Trail. I headed down the Bright Angel trail avoiding the horse droppings. This trail takes you 2,000 miles to the bottom of the Grand Canyon. The Bottom of the Grand Canyon is the Colorado river. As I am heading towards the bottom, I am recording every step I take. I used numerous different shot variety like a pan, wide shot, zoom in or out, and tilt. When the sun sets it glows red and makes the grand canyon look gorgeous. The different rock formations look totally different from each other. That is because it is composed of different rocks. I hiked the Bright Angel trail, but did not reach the bottom. I asked another hiker did you reach the bottom? He said yes, but it took me 5 hours. I hiked until 5 pm when the sun was starting to set.
I hiked about 1/4 or 1/8 of the Grand Canyon until I climbed back up again due to the fact that I had no source of light like a flashlight or a lamp.
When I took the shuttle back to the visitors' center, I drove to the hotel. It was Holiday Inn Express. Holiday Inn Express has morning continental breakfast, fitness center, and nice, comfortable Priority club rooms. After checking in , I went to Wendys' to eat a fast food dinner. They have much better food quality than McDoanlds. After Dinner I headed towards my Priority Club hotel room. It was nice and big. It had a microwave and a refrigerator.
After dumping my stuff at the room, I took a 1 hour dip in their pool. It was Small, but large enough for me. This dip cooled my aching body from hiking for 2 hours in the Grand Canyon.
The next day, I took went back to the Grand Canyon South Rim to take more pictures. After doing this for 1 hour, I went to the Grand Canyon Bookstore to buy postcards, magnets, and other souvenirs.
Then I headed back to Las Vegas, Nevada.
On the trip back , I witnessed the barren desert lands of Arizona. There were catuses and people living in trailers. There was no oasis for miles. There was plateaus and mountains. In the opposite direction I saw snow capped mountains that touched the clouds. There was also a National Forest association's protected forest refugee outside of the Grand Canyon.
Since the Grand Canyon South Rim is near the desert, there is a sign that shows you the way to the desert. You can see the barren, dry land with little to no rain water or water.
All the water that the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas comes from Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. Hoover Dam supplies Grand Canyon and Las Vegas's electricity while Lake Mead supplies their water. It so happens that Hoover Dam and Lake Mead is a place where you cross to reach Las Vegas from the Grand Canyon.
The Hoover Dam was the crossing point between the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas. It has been operating since the Great Depression. It produces electricity for states like Colorado, Arizona, California , Nevada.

I took the Free shuttle to Bright Angel Trail. I headed down the Bright Angel trail avoiding the horse droppings. This trail takes you 2,000 miles to the bottom of the Grand Canyon. The Bottom of the Grand Canyon is the Colorado river. As I am heading towards the bottom, I am recording every step I take. I used numerous different shot variety like a pan, wide shot, zoom in or out, and tilt. When the sun sets it glows red and makes the grand canyon look gorgeous. The different rock formations look totally different from each other. That is because it is composed of different rocks. I hiked the Bright Angel trail, but did not reach the bottom. I asked another hiker did you reach the bottom? He said yes, but it took me 5 hours. I hiked until 5 pm when the sun was starting to set.
I hiked about 1/4 or 1/8 of the Grand Canyon until I climbed back up again due to the fact that I had no source of light like a flashlight or a lamp.
When I took the shuttle back to the visitors' center, I drove to the hotel. It was Holiday Inn Express. Holiday Inn Express has morning continental breakfast, fitness center, and nice, comfortable Priority club rooms. After checking in , I went to Wendys' to eat a fast food dinner. They have much better food quality than McDoanlds. After Dinner I headed towards my Priority Club hotel room. It was nice and big. It had a microwave and a refrigerator.
After dumping my stuff at the room, I took a 1 hour dip in their pool. It was Small, but large enough for me. This dip cooled my aching body from hiking for 2 hours in the Grand Canyon.
The next day, I took went back to the Grand Canyon South Rim to take more pictures. After doing this for 1 hour, I went to the Grand Canyon Bookstore to buy postcards, magnets, and other souvenirs.
Then I headed back to Las Vegas, Nevada.
On the trip back , I witnessed the barren desert lands of Arizona. There were catuses and people living in trailers. There was no oasis for miles. There was plateaus and mountains. In the opposite direction I saw snow capped mountains that touched the clouds. There was also a National Forest association's protected forest refugee outside of the Grand Canyon.
Since the Grand Canyon South Rim is near the desert, there is a sign that shows you the way to the desert. You can see the barren, dry land with little to no rain water or water.
All the water that the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas comes from Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. Hoover Dam supplies Grand Canyon and Las Vegas's electricity while Lake Mead supplies their water. It so happens that Hoover Dam and Lake Mead is a place where you cross to reach Las Vegas from the Grand Canyon.
The Hoover Dam was the crossing point between the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas. It has been operating since the Great Depression. It produces electricity for states like Colorado, Arizona, California , Nevada.

This message is dedicated to the thousands of Americans during the Great Depression built Hoover Dam. America thank you for building a architureal marvel.
From Las Vegas, I drove to Boulder city. Boulder city is home of Hoover Dam. My motive was to travel to the Grand Canyon, but stopped on Hoover Dam to take pictures. When I parked my car , I started walking and videotaping this gigantic architure. I walked to get better shots. I tried to get pans, zoom in and out, widescreen, and tilt. It was extremely difficult to get the whole dam in one shot. As I walked towards the Visitor center to have a tour, I took shots of Lake Mead and the Colorado river.
When I entered the visitors' center, I watched a video on Hoover Dam. Hoover Dam was built during the great depression It was during the Great Depression that a lot of people wanted to work on a Dam. The workers were payed $2 a day and were given homes near the dam for them and their families. It was those houses that were considered the first neighborhood near Hoover Dam. This was originally a seven year project, but completed it in five years. It was because of a new cementing technique. They also speeded up the process of drilling a tunnel to diverge the Colorado River. This tunnel sent the river towards the other side thus forming Lake Mead. Lake Mead is the largest man-made lake in the World. It is approximately the same size as the state of Pennslyvannia. President Herbert Hoover started the project and after his administration, President Frankin D. Roosevelt ended the project. It was originally named Boulder Dam, but renamed to Hoover dam because of Herbert Hoover. Herbert Hoover was an architect, humanitarian, politican, and environmentalist. Hoover Dam generates enough electricity to millions of homes. It generates electricity for Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, and California. Hoover Dam is between the state of Nevada and Arizona. It has two time differences. One is Central time and the other is pacific. Both times are posted at the two towers.
Hoover Dam represents American strength in a hard time period. America learned how to make a dam before the world. America was the first to build a dam and put a man on the moon. Obama was right because in our period, we can get out of this recession. If we got through the great depression than we can ge through the Recession.
America is not the number one nation because of its military strength or its technological achievements, but because of America's liberty, freedom, constitution, and democratic system.

New Jersey Nets against The Houston Rockets or message 10
This message is dedicated to all the players on the Nets and Rockets.
I was watching a Nets game yesterday, December 22, 2008,against the Rockets. It was a game with the Nets , Yi Jiannian and the Rockets, Yao Ming. It was basically all asians watching the game. There was so many Chinese that they had a traditional Chinese lion dance at the begining of the game. The purpose of drafting Yi Jiannian was so that the Nets could build an Asian Fan Club, but I think that Asians only come once a year to Meadowlands Sports complex to see Yao Ming and Yi Jiannian. Even with an Asian Fan club, not all the seats are filled. The Nets did play well , but the Rockets were just better than them. Yi played well, but he does not have consistent shots and constantly miss. The Rockets had the same problem , but they try to reach exceed expectations and all their players can shoot. Every single player on the Rockets have great aim in yesterday night's game. A Few years ago, I watched the same game and with the same resaults , but there was a difference. Yao Ming did not shoot as well as he did yesterday. If we used today's resaults and replace with 3 years ago resaults then the rockets would be undefeated now. My point is that if you work on something and have the right mindset then you can accomplish anything. It was tested through Yao Ming. I see great improvements in Yao Ming. He is the greatest Chinese Basketball player in China because he works hard. I the Chinese olympic basketball team,he was the best. This is good, but basketball is team sport. You can't depend on one person. That is what the Nets are doing now. The Nets is depending on Vince Carter and Yi Jiannian. The Rockets used to depend on Yao Ming and Tracy McGrady, but now their entire team is great at shooting, layups, and rebounds. It is great to have one or two great players, but it is a team sport. If you just depend on a few players you can never defeat a team full of good trained players.
Yesterday's game made me extremely proud of both teams because the Rockets improved teamwork and the Nets stayed in the game until the very end. The Nets did not give up hope. That is extremely important in both life and game. You must be hopeful of what improvements Barack Obama will do to the economy. You need to be hopeful of your schoolwork, homework, work, and buisness. If you have a poor buissness you can't give up hope, you have to make changes or improvements. The Rockets used to be a terriable team, but they worked on their fundenmentals and teamwork. That is what the Nets need to do because I have faith in the Nets that they will one day defeat the Rockets. It may not be this season, or the next season, but the importance is teamwork. Sometimes when you want to move forward you must love back a few steps.
In this game of Nets 86 to Rockets 112, it was a proud game because the Nets scored 2 more shots during the last minute.
The key here is never give up hope and work on teamwork. Teamwork in basketball is important. If one of the Nets player is reading this , then consider working on your fundementals and teamwork. Work with your team more. Stay positive and give motivational tips to your fellow teammates.

Las Vegas, Nevada
During my Thanksgiving, I was fortunate enough to travel to Las Vegas. Las Vegas is in Nevada and Clark's County. You may think it is all gambling casinos, but that is not true because at my stay in New York New York Hotel and Casino, I found out that each hotel and casino has some unique attraction.
The New York New York is the Unique attraction because they made models of the Chrysler, Empire, statue of Liberty, and Ellis Island. Then there was Paris Las Vegas where they have a model of the Eiffel Tower and Arch of Triumph. Another few blocks away, you reach Venice. Las Vegas is the only place where you can move from Venice to Paris to New York on the same street.
It was on my first day at Las Vegas , Nevada that I seen the Red Rock Canyon from afar and visit the Flamingo hotel /casino. This casino has a nice Buffet and a Flamingo habitat. I ate lunch at the Buffet and found it appetizing. The Flamingo habitat had many other animals like the Japanese Kol. This fish is the world's longest living fish. The oldest fish lived about two hundred years old. That is almost the same age as our Constituion and Declaration of Independance.
The buffet was perfect because it had fruits and vegetables that hydrated my body from the dry air.
Across from the Flamingo was Caeser Palace. Caeser Place was gigatic, it has numerous buildings and spans a huge chunk of the roadside. In Caeser Palace, you can watch Atlantis, fight between the Gods. In Caeser Palace, there is replicas that make it realistic. They have statues of Greek and Roman Gods. They have Roman and Greek styles in the Caeser place because of the Roman style fountains and Roman style statues. It has a replicated Roman Colassium that is the Parking Garage. From the Rooftop of the parking Garage, you could see Paris Las Vegas,New York New York, Flamingo, The Strastasphere, Circus Circus, Bellagio, and Monte Carlo.There was a small shrine for Buddha outside Caeser Palace. It was a donation to Caeser Palace.
In Las Vegas, there are several bus stops that take you anywhere in Las Vegas. During the night, I brought tickets to th Wynn hotel and Casino bus stop. It goes downtown. I love those ticket machines because it is a rare machine that gives change in Presidential dollar coins. Wynn hotel and Casino is a high class and expensive hotel. It is about 5 stars. It is beautiful inside and outside. Wynn was built in 2005. Wynn isn't the only pretty hotel and Casino because MGM Grand and Mirage are both 5 star hotels. MGM Grand is the largest hotel in Las Vegas.
A Few blocks away from Wynn is Treasure Island. Treasure Island has a show called Sirens from the Deep. It is a musical show. It was directed by High School Musical director Kenny Ortega.
It was amazing because of its special effects. I was amazed that the sailors ship sank and rose back up again. I am still wondering how they could have shot a canon because the sailors shot a canon and the building behind the Sirens caught on fire.
Next to Tresure Island is Mirage. Mirage is part of MGM Grand. It is owned by the same owner as MGM Grand. Mirage has a dolphin habitat and a wonderful forest inside. There were huge trees and water. Across from Mirage was Venetian. Venetian is a replicated versian of Venice Italy. There was a gandla ride with a full blood itlain who sings Italian for you. I went on that gandla ride and was amazed at his wonderful voice. I was fortuate to have him as my rower because it was only him that can sing beautifully. It is a wonderful ride.
Next to Venetian is Paris Las Vegas. Across from Paris is Bellagio. Outside of Bellagio is a fountain show. It has a different show every half hour. It was an amazing show with music. Inside of Bellagio is an American Art Exhibit. It features Georgia o'keefe. Her artwork was inspried by New Mexico. I saw a famous painting with an animal skull attached to a huge pole. It was said that it must have been very painful and that was how Georgia O'Keefe felt. Her husband in New York passed away and she moved to New Mexico. In their lobby, was a gracious greeting by 2,000 dynamic hand-blown glass flowers peering from high above their spectacular ceiling stage. Then there is the Richard MacDonald exhivit with sculptures that he sculpted. It is near the O Theatre. A Few steps away is the American Moderism Art Exhibit. The Paris Las Vegas is right in front of Bellagio has the Effiel Tower and Arch of Triumph. Right next to it is the Las Vegas Monorail. The Monorail takes you all over The Las Vegas strip. There is no traffic congestion. It is extremely fast. You can see all sorts of scenes from the monorail. For those of you not famailar with the Monorail. The Monorail is a train that only travel on one rail.
Next stop on the strip is Monte Carlo and M&M World. M&M World is the largest in the world. It has 4 stories of Fun. It features a 3-D show called I Lost my M in Vegas. There is penny souvenirs stations. There are souvenirs, t-shirts, and post cards to be brought. Next to it is Outback Steakhouse. Across from it is New York New York and right next to it is MgM grand. MGM Grand has a Lion habitat.
Across from MGM is Tropicana and across from Tropicana is excalibur. Excalibur is decorated in Europe's renaissence and medival period. There are free shows in there as well. Neighbors with Excalibur is Luxor. Luxor has the Luxor Pyramid, obelisk, and sphinx. It has the Human bodies exhibitian that was once in the Metroplitain Museum of Art. There is also an obelisk inside the pyramid.
Adjacent to Luxor is Mandalay Bay. Mandalay Bay has an Aquarium and a Shark Habitat. In the Aquarium there is jellyfishes.The Jellyfish is from Australia. If it stings you , you die immediately. There are several sharks that were born in the Aquarium. Mandalay Bay is very proud of that.
On the otherside of Las Vegas is Circus Circus and Strastosphere. Circus Circus has an adventuredome perfect for children. I has an indoor rollar caster. In Circus Circus, there is an acrobatic show that features people jumping or swing from one side to the other. Then the first person has to catch the second person upside down. It is a mini show that they show you at cirsuses.There are carnival games in Circus Circus as well.
In the strasphere is an rooftop rollar coaster rides. The Strasphere is Las Vegas tallest tower. It stands several 100 feet tall.
The present Las Vegas was later build, but the older Las Vegas is Las Vegas downtown. It traces its roots back to the 1930s. In the downtown is a lazershow. In the lazor show every show is different than the previous one 30 minutes after. It is amazing and you must see it. I saw three lazer shows and was impressed at how they could have made it on a roof that covered the entire old strip.
At the Chinese Chinatown mall, there are resturants including Canton,Sezchuan, Shanghai food. I fortnate enough to eat at most of the resturants. There is also a place where you can buy bubble tea. I love the bubble tea. It is my favorite chinese drink.
If you need food or supplies there is a grocery store at the mall.
If you want to travel to Las Vegas, the first thing you do is buy water at the nearest convient store.

Then there is the Richard MacDonald exhivit with sculptures that he sculpted. It is near the O Theatre. A Few steps away is the American Moderism Art Exhibit. Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art is currently showcasing the best of American Modernism. Organized by the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston (MFA), the exhibition will feature masterpieces by American modernists such as Georgia O'Keeffe, Stuart Davis, Marsden Hartley, Arshile Gorky and others.
The collection is devoted to American artists who worked during a dynamic period in American art. The period, known as American Modernism, began at the turn of the 20th century and reached its pinnacle between World War I and World War II. During this time, which had been dominated by Impressionism, many younger artists responded in a variety of ways to the modern age. Celebrated artists such as O'Keeffe began experimenting with painting by offering a subjective take on the traditional subject matter of still life and landscape. Some of the artists explored the natural world with abstract forms. Modernism was bold, new, and controversial no matter which of these styles an artist employed.
An engaging retrospective, the carefully chosen display features more than 30 of the MFA's most renowned paintings. This contemporary presentation will advance Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art's dedication to enhancing the cultural landscape of Las Vegas.
The Paris Las Vegas is right in front of Bellagio has the Effiel Tower and Arch of Triumph. Right next to it is the Las Vegas Monorail. The Monorail takes you all over The Las Vegas strip. There is no traffic congestion. It is extremely fast. You can see all sorts of scenes from the monorail. For those of you not famailar with the Monorail. The Monorail is a train that only travel on one rail.
Next stop on the strip is Monte Carlo and M&M World. M&M World is the largest in the world. It has 4 stories of Fun. It features a 3-D show called I Lost my M in Vegas. There is penny souvenirs stations. There are souvenirs, t-shirts, and post cards to be brought. Next to it is Outback Steakhouse. Across from it is New York New York and right next to it is MgM grand. MGM Grand has a Lion habitat.
Across from MGM is Tropicana and across from Tropicana is excalibur. Excalibur is decorated in Europe's renaissence and medival period. There are free shows in there as well. Neighbors with Excalibur is Luxor. Luxor has the Luxor Pyramid, obelisk, and sphinx. It has the Human bodies exhibitian that was once in the Metroplitain Museum of Art. There is also an obelisk inside the pyramid.
Adjacent to Luxor is Mandalay Bay. Mandalay Bay has an Aquarium and a Shark Habitat. In the Aquarium there is jellyfishes.The Jellyfish is from Australia. If it stings you , you die immediately. There are several sharks that were born in the Aquarium. Mandalay Bay is very proud of that.
On the otherside of Las Vegas is Circus Circus and Strastosphere. Circus Circus has an adventuredome perfect for children. I has an indoor rollar caster. In Circus Circus, there is an acrobatic show that features people jumping or swing from one side to the other. Then the first person has to catch the second person upside down. It is a mini show that they show you at cirsuses.There are carnival games in Circus Circus as well.
In the strasphere is an rooftop rollar coaster rides. The Strasphere is Las Vegas tallest tower. It stands several 100 feet tall.
The present Las Vegas was later build, but the older Las Vegas is Las Vegas downtown. It traces its roots back to the 1930s. In the downtown is a lazershow. In the lazor show every show is different than the previous one 30 minutes after. It is amazing and you must see it. I saw three lazer shows and was impressed at how they could have made it on a roof that covered the entire old strip.
At the Chinese Chinatown mall, there are resturants including Canton,Sezchuan, Shanghai food. I fortnate enough to eat at most of the resturants. There is also a place where you can buy bubble tea. I love the bubble tea. It is my favorite chinese drink.
If you need food or supplies there is a grocery store at the mall.
If you want to travel to Las Vegas, the first thing you do is buy water at the nearest convient store.

When I read this biography, I felt it gave me imformation about Pearl Buck , but not enough. The book states her life in China , Japan, and America, but it is not like Peter Conn's book where it states more valuable imformation. It explains her life in China and how she learned Chinese and how see fell in love with China. It also explains what her transition to America was like.

This I believe
I was born in a small town near the yangzte river. I was born in china and raised in the united states. I have seen a lot from being educated in America and this is what I saw.
I was a 8 pound baby as I was told later on. I was born 20 years after a great revolution happened in my country. It was a hot , dry July 4th. I did not fully realize the the significance of my birthday until I came to America.
My father quickly came home from work to see his only child. The child that he can ever have in china. China has the one child policy launched during the 1980s.
When I was 4 years old, I travelled to Singapore. Singapore was one of the richest countries in Asia and I got to be in Singapore's great preschool. They taught Malayasian, math, english, chinese. I may not remember what happened in Preschool , but I have my school report as records.
When I came to America as a 5 year old kid, I knew that the United States was different from Singapore and China.
When I was in Middle school I was upset to hear that when my classmates got a C they feel it is the end of the world. I felt that very upsetting because tests and quizzes are products of the process. My teachers taught me the knowledge and they test us. If we get a C then I must have a missing link between the knowledge. So my philophsophy grew as I witnessed my classmates. I believe that you fix the process and not the product. The product is the final form. You must go back to the process to find the mistake.
As I am writing this , I feel that the amount of work you put in studying is worth more than any grade. If you at least tried your hardest than it doesn't matter what your grade is.
Students in china should know grades are not important. They should understand that their future careers will not look at their grades, but instead how well they work togeather with other people and the amount of work you put in

Madagascar 2 Escape Africa
When I was watching the movie, Madagascar 2 Escape Africa, I was intrigued by the way that they started the movie. They started with the birth of Alex in Africa and then he plays with his Father the Lion King. His father is training him to be a fighter , but Alex keeps on dancing. Alex has talent for dancing and then His father's Arch enemy wants to fight , so he fights , while Alex follows a rope out of the reserve and pochers capture him. Alex was put in a box and on a truck. His father saw him disappear and runs out of the reserve to save him. Then he got shot and Alex fell in the river while being in the box. His father assumed that he was still on the truck , so he follows the truck for days, while Alex gently flow half way around the world to Manhattan, New York. He was put in Central park Zoo , and started dancing for audiences. People called him the King of New York.
When he reached Magascar in the first movie, Alex now has a method of escaping to Manhattan with Gloria, Melman, and Marty. Today they have an opening theme of the original song. They will travel by plane flew by penguins, but the plane is so old that it landed in Africa or crash landed. Alex explored the area and found his parents.
Things go wrong when he has a fight and that fight was with the biggest lion. He lost and was banished from the water hole for 1000 years. His parents came with him. What will happen to Alex the lion and his family?
The animation and sound effects were amazing. Ben Stiller as Marty had an amazing voice and he worked extremely hard.The sound effects like the plane crashing and the plane flying were amazing. I really found it funny that an old women was able to beat up a grown, male lion. There was one part when they were about to roast Alex and his father rescued him. His father could have been shot , but Alex the Lion immediately broke into a dance. He was dancing the way he was in New York, that everybody reconized him because the people trying to kill him were stranded tourists from new York. His father found it amazing that dance can be useful and he was so happy He felt a pulse and started dancing with his son.
This is a comedical animated movie, but it can get dramatic.
I would rate the movie:

One penguin says, "I have some good news and Bad news. The Good news is that we be landing immediately, the bad news is we be crash landing."

Spirited Away
When I first watched Spirited Away in 2004, I cried in some of the dramatic parts. John Lassiter , the executive director of this film did a great job on story, plot, characters, and animation sounds. In this Japanese anime movie, Chihako and Haku finds adventure to save Chikuro's parents'. It starts with Chikaro's family moving and then suddenly they appear at a old abandoned theme park. Then they travelled to where food was being sold. After Chikaro went to investigate, she saw Haiku. Haiku said, "Your not supposed to be here, go before it's too late. They are lighting the lanterns , go now."
She went back to her parents and found that her parents were turned to pigs. They were eating plate after plate of food.In the end, Chikaro learned that her parents are the most important thing in her life. She was happy to see her parents in their human form.
Spirited away is a classical tale about a girl that goes on an adventure to save her parents. This is an excellent example as a great japanese animation film.
