Today is my last day of contributions to the new observer newspaper. It has been an excellent run.
For the past three years, I have been a part of a newspaper organized and arranged by high school students called the New Observer. I have contributed to the organization by telling me that we should make a webpage to organize our information and communicate better with people. Additionally, I also suggested and helped implement an awards system to award high achieving young correspondents. Even though this is my last meeting and I am very sad, I hope my contributions will keep the organization running for another five to ten years. I want to thank all the editors, assistant editors, advisors, and people who I have worked with in my journey. This was a great club for me to write and make friends. I truly believe everybody should give this organization a shot. Maybe you have business and want to put an advertisement on the paper to help reach out to Chinese Americans and Chinese American teenagers. We could give you a discount based on your personal connection to the young correspondents.
